BIM Group woos buyers for two flagship projects
Syrena Vietnam Investment and Development JSC (Syrena Vietnam), on March 13 will launch Green Bay Village and Lotus Residences in Ha Long city, northern Quang Ninh province.

Syrena Vietnam said that for Green Bay Village, buyers will be provided loans at zero interest rates from Vietcombank and VP Bank. Or, buyers can choose a VND100 million (US$4,545) package of installing two-way air conditioners for their homes.
The developer will offer a discount of 5% of the Lotus Residences townhouse's value (before tax) for any deposits for purchase made before the end of March.
