Bamboo Airways provides ticket changes free of charge in first week of moving to Terminal 3

Bamboo Airways has officially transferred all domestic flight operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, starting at 0:00 on August 18.

From August 18 to 25, Bamboo Airways passengers who miss their flights due to not being aware of the terminal change, but arrive at Terminal 3 within 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time, will be eligible for a free ticket change to the next available flight on the same route.

If subsequent flights are fully booked, the airline will still provide free rebooking without fare differences to the nearest available service. On routes operated only once daily, passengers will be rebooked free of charge on the following day’s flight.

At Terminal 3, Bamboo Airways serves passengers at check-in counters 45–50, with flexibility to expand within counters 43–52 as needed. The airline’s last-minute ticket counter is conveniently located near Gate D2.
