Alpha King officially joins Vietnamese property market
Alpha King Real Estate Development JSC has launched its brand in the local market, aiming to make Vietnam its main real estate market over the long term.
Two projects financially backed by Alpha King are expected to be launched in September: the Alpha Town office block on Tran Hung Dao Street and the Alpha City complex on Cong Quynh Street.
Inspired by the “ao dai,” the traditional Vietnamese long dress, Alpha Town is designed as a 35-storey building, supplying 70,000 square meters of office space and a 2,347-square-meter gross floor area designated for a shopping mall. Alpha City, a premium integrated development, comprises twin towers with 49 floors, two large atriums, a transparent façade with LED promotion screens and express elevators.
Experts from Alpha King came to Vietnam 18 months ago and realized HCMC’s potential for becoming Asia’s commercial center. The company then decided to tap the local real estate market.
Alpha King CEO Jimmy Chan said the company would not only construct high-rise buildings and shopping malls but also hopes to create a new and safe living and working environment, along with entertainment and leisure spaces that meet modern standards.
State-of-the-art technology, such as building information modeling and smart buildings, has been applied to Alpha King’s projects, as well as advanced fire fighting and prevention systems to ensure the safety of residents.
