To demonstrate its commitments in sustainable development, AkzoNobel has been implementing a strategy of “Doing More with Less” to build a sustainable business with an aim of achieving 20 per cent of its revenue from sustainable solutions and minimise the carbon footprint by 25-30 per cent per tonne of sales by 2020.

In AkzoNobel’s plants around the world and in Vietnam, the policy of saving energy and clean water; recycling waste andusing plastic bags are strictly enforced, as well as require our suppliers to behave as sustainable as possible to contribute consolidative products and services to customers.

At AkzoNobel, all development researches start from depth understanding of demands of customers. In the business unit of powder coating, AkzoNobel products also bring great benefits to both the environment and customers.

The unique production methodsallow products to immediately achieve an effective coating by only one coating layer; and the excess powder can still be reused without compromising the quality of the construction.
