36 farm produce enterprises join Anuga 2025 in Germany
VOV.VN - Thirty-six Vietnamese enterprises specializing in farm produce and food processing are taking part in the Anuga 2025 International Food Industry Fair, held in Cologne, Germany, from October 4 to 8.

At the event, the Vietnam Pavilion is attracting significant attention from visitors and potential partners. The participating Vietnamese companies are displaying a wide range of products, particularly eco-friendly, organic, and chemical-free products, organic coconut water, preservative-free cashew nuts, naturally fermented black pepper, and sugar-free freeze-dried fruits.
These items have been well received by European buyers, especially for their adherence to sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, which are becoming essential in the European market.
According to the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade), European consumers are not only focused on clean eating but are also increasingly demanding supply chain transparency, food safety, and environmentally responsible production.
Nguyen Truong Thinh, Sales Manager at Luong Quoi Coconut Co., Ltd., said participating in Anuga 2025 reinforces the company’s commitment to global standards and sustainable development.
“This event is a testament to our dedication to building trusted, long-term partnerships rooted in shared growth,” he added.
“By prioritizing natural ingredients, rigorous production practices, and a responsible approach to sustainability, Luong Quoi Coconut aims to play an active role in shaping future trends in the global food and beverage industry, particularly within the receptive and sustainability-conscious European market”, he noted.
Beyond product quality, Vietnamese firms are also placing a strong emphasis on packaging, labeling, and brand storytelling - key elements in appealing to European consumers. Many companies are incorporating digital technologies such as QR codes that provide detailed traceability data, including information on sourcing, production processes, and international certifications.
Aguna is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for the food and beverage industry, bringing together producers, buyers, food service, and other stakeholders. It is held every two years at the Koelnmesse exhibition centre in Cologne, Germany.
About 8,000 exhibitors from 110 countries are showcasing their products at the 2025 edition, making it the largest to date.
