The National Assembly Committee for National Defence and Security convened its 21st plenary session in the central city of Da Nang on March 11 to sum up its activities during the NA’s 13th tenure. 

The 12th Party Central Committee convened its second meeting in Hanoi on March 10, under the chair of Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
