The first two working days of Party Central Committee’s 7th plenary session

VOV.VN - The 7th plenary session of the 12th-tenure Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee has been working for two days, debating a number of crucial issues for the country.  

The 7th plenary session of the 12th-tenure Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC) opened in the capital city of Hanoi on May 7.
Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong chairs and addresses the opening session. 
The Party chief emphasizes the importance of personnel management.
The Party leader stresses the need to the building of capable staff, especially those at strategic levels.
Personnel management holds a decisive role in the success of the revolution, says Mr Trong.
State President Tran Dai Quang, on behalf of the Poliburo, chairs the first working day of the Party plenary session.
Politburo member, standing member of the CPVCC Secretariat and head of the CPVCC’s Inspection Commission Tran Quoc Vuong submits the session’s working agenda to the CPVCC for approval.
On May 8, the Party plenary session focused on the building of government staff at all levels, particularly strategic level, who are qualified, competent and prestigious.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, on behalf of the Poliburo, chairs the debate on the second working day.
