Attending the congress are 1,155 outstanding women representing all walks of life, different ethnic groups, religions and regions nationwide.

The Congress focuses its discussion on relevant policy recommendations, improving the efficiency of social supervision and criticism, and operations of the Vietnam Women’s Association’s chapters at the grassroots level.
