NA Standing Committee convenes 41st meeting
(VOV) -The 13th National Assembly Standing Committee opened its 41st session on September 14 in Hanoi.
In his opening speech, NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung said the deputies will comment on revisions to the Criminal Code and Laws on Press, Pharmacy, and Urban Planning.
They will discuss preparations for the 10th session of 13th NA and reports on the implementation of resolutions on oversight and Q&A activities.
At this session running until September 24, the NA Standing Committee will also comment on the performances of the People’s Councils, the establishment of a National Election Council, and National Election Day for elections to the National Assembly and People’s Councils.
