NA Standing Committee closes second meeting
VOV.VN - The second meeting of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee concluded in Hanoi on August 16.

NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said the Committee gave feedback to the draft Law on Guard Force, the draft Law on the police force at communal level, and the government’s proposal on the adjustment of foreign capital plans for 2016.
The Committee also commented on the government’s proposal regarding the use of government bonds contingency during the 2012-2015 period for the compensation and relocation of people affected by Ta Trach Lake project.
The assessment of the 1st session of the 14th legislature and preparations for the 2nd NA session were also high on the agenda.
Ngan said the 2nd session of the 14th National Assembly will run from October 20 to November 18 and will approve 4 draft laws and 1 draft resolution and comment on 14 other law projects.
The top legislator said the key task of the session was preparing opinions on 14 draft laws.
