Leaders pay floral tribute to late President

(VOV) - A delegation of the Party, State, National Assembly, Government and Vietnam Fatherland Front laid a wreath at President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum on February 6.
The delegation was led by Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, State President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, and Fatherland Front President Huynh Dam.
The flower-laying ceremony marks the 83rd anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3) and the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday which falls on February 10.
The top leaders also laid a wreath at the War Martyrs Monument, commemorating those who sacrificed their lives for national independence and freedom.
