Leaders offer incense to President Ho Chi Minh
(VOV) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on February 6 visited and burnt incense at the Ho Chi Minh Relic Complex on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival.
PM Dung expressed his gratitude to late President Ho Chi Minh who brightened the nation’s landscape and made great contributions to the struggle for national liberation and construction.
He praised complex officials and staff's efforts in collecting and preserving objects related to late President Ho Chi Minh and called on them to continue their intact preservation of all objects for future generations and international friends to better understand the late President’s revolutionary life.
Annually, the complex welcomes millions of domestic and foreign visitors, showing the deep sentiments of the Vietnamese people, international friends towards the beloved Ho Chi Minh.
The same day, National Assembly (NA) Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung also came to offer incense at the complex.
