Lawmakers pass amended Civil Judgment Enforcement Law
Lawmakers passed a bill on amendments and supplements to some articles of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Law at the ongoing eighth sitting of the 13th National Assembly on November 25.
They also approved the revised Housing Law and the revised Law on Real Estate Business.
During discussions on the draft revised Law on State Budget, the legislators suggested the replacement of the resolution on annual State budget estimate by a law on annual State budget collection and spending.
The new law needs to clarify the scopes of collection, spending and overspending of State budget, they said.
They also proposed that the NA consider and decide State budget twice a year (at the beginning and the end of the year), while managing State budget based on the efficiency, strengthening the transparency and financial disciplines and creating conditions for the community to supervise the management and use of State budget.
On November 26, the deputies are scheduled to pass the revised Investment Law, the revised Enterprise Law and the Law on Management and Use of State Capital in Production and Business, among others.
They will also debate the draft revised Law on State Audit.
