Foreign Ministry boosts cooperation with External Relations Commission

VOV.VN -Leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central External Relations Commission signed a cooperative agreement on February 25 in Hanoi.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh reviewed their cooperation in recent years which has contributed to defending national independence and sovereignty, maintaining a peaceful, stable environment for development, and elevating Vietnam’s global status. 

Deputy PM and FM Pham Binh Minh grants a medal for the cause of the Vietnamese foreign diplomacy for Hoang Binh Quan, Head of the Central External Relations Commission. 
Hoang Binh Quan, Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for External Affairs received the Foreign Ministry’s Medal of Merit on this occasion.
