External information helps raise Vietnam’s prestige
VOV.VN - The Ministry of Information and Communications on December 7 hosted a conference on external information management and communications regarding Vietnam’s sea and islands.
The conference attracted 150 representatives from Steering Committees on External Information of 31 northern provinces.
Participants heard a report on how external information activities have been diversified to obtain significant results, contributing to national integration and elevating Vietnam’s international profile.
The conference said external communications have played an important position in national defense, improving relationships with other countries and foreign organizations, and inspiring overseas Vietnamese to engage in national reform and development.
