BOT transport projects, construction-related issues under NA discussion
VOV.VN - The National Assembly Standing Committee on August 14 began discussing the implementation of policies and laws on investing and carrying out Build-Operate-Transfer projects.
The Committee will question Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha and related officials about State management of planning, urban architecture and infrastructure, and the use of urban construction land.
NA deputies will also debate the implementation of policies and laws on the reform of the State administrative apparatus in the 2011 to 2016 period.
Lawmakers suggested that the Law on Forest Protection and Development be renamed the Law on Forestry. They also underlined the need to form a fishery resource surveillance force.
