VOV.VN - Vietnam values cooperation with the EU, said Head of the National Assembly’s External Relations Committee Tran Van Hang at a reception for EU Ambassador to ASEAN Francisco Fontan Pardo in Hanoi on May 12.

He also reiterated the Party’s and State’s unwavering policy of attaching importance to the relations with the EU, hoping that the two sides maintain close coordination at regional and international forums.
Ambassador Pardo in turn praised Vietnam’s achievements in socio-economic development and its important role in ASEAN.
He said he hopes Vietnam will continue promoting relations between the EU and ASEAN.
