Vietnam to attend Lancang-Mekong meeting, Boao Forum in China

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will attend the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation leaders’ meeting and the Boao Forum for Asia in Hainan province, China, from March 22-24. 

Minh will be accompanied by leaders of several ministries, sectors and localities. 

The announcement was made by the Foreign Ministry on March 20.
