The host said the time-tested amity, special solidarity and all-round cooperation throughout history between Vietnam and Laos have been thriving in a practical and fruitful manner.

Vietnam is always ready to share its experience to help the Lao PM’s Office improve its assistance for the Lao Government and PM in policy making and administrative management, he said, asking both sides to exchange experience in advising their respective Governments and PMs about bilateral cooperation enhancement.

The leader also requested the Vietnamese Government’s Office and the Lao PM’s Office effectively implement the two neighbours’ cooperation agreements, including the 2016 cooperation plan between the Governments.

He hopes that the Lao PM’s Office will help its Government optimise Vietnam’s financial support for infrastructure construction, thus contributing to Laos’s socio-economic development.

Informing the host about the outcomes of his working session with Vietnamese Minister and Chairman of the Government’s Office Mai Tien Dung, Phet Phomphiphack said his visit’s success will promote collaboration between the two offices in the future.
