Oman marks 46th National Day in Hanoi
VOV.VN - The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman held a ceremony at Melia Hanoi Hotel on November 24 to celebrate the 46th anniversary of its National Day.
Addressing the ceremony, Ambassador Sheikh Sultan SaifHilal Al-Mahruqi said that during 46 years Oman has witnessed a comprehensive renaissance in all fields, enabling it to attain a prominent position as a safe State, enjoying stable political and economic conditions, and providing a favorable environment for businesses and investment.

Oman has early started the preparation of future vision "Oman 2040", which aims to achieve greater prosperity for the Omani people through implementing ambitious economic programs, based on optimizing all economic sectors and available resources.
During this year, Oman - Vietnam relations have witnessed many positive developments with mutual visits.
Besides, opportunities of cooperation between Oman and Vietnam are great and promising, thanks to the available potentials in both countries, which are further supported by strong political will to strengthen this cooperation in order to achieve development and prosperity for the peoples of the two countries.
Vietnam’s Deputy Foreign Minister Vu Hong Nam believes that under the far-sighted leadership of Sultan Qaboos Bin Said Al Said and with their strong resolve in building a peaceful and prosperous country, the Sultanate of Oman will continue to achieve greater success in the future, especially when Oman starts to implement the Vision 2040.
