NA Chairwoman begins official visit to Myanmar
VOV.VN - On the afternoon of September 28, National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan began an official friendship visit to Myanmar at the invitation of her Myanmar counterpart Ma Uyn Khai Than.
The 2-day visit is aimed at stepping up win-win cooperation between Vietnam and Myanmar in the new context.
During the visit, the Vietnamese NA leader is scheduled to attend the 37th General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA 37) set to take place in Nay Pyi Taw from September 29- October 3.
