HCM City opens door to Japanese investors

VOV.VN - Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh La Thang hosted a reception on April 22 for Tsutomu Takebe, special advisor to the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Alliance, and some Japanese business leaders.

Thang shared sympathy for losses that Japanese people suffered after the recent earthquake and emphasized that Vietnam in general and HCM City in particular always attached much importance to fostering deep and wide cooperation relations with Japan.

The City is opening door to Japanese businesses and call on them to invest in climate change response, anti-flooding and transport infrastructure development projects, Thang said.
