Deputy PM bids farewell to Cambodian, German ambassadors

On President Tran Dai Quang’s authority the same day, Deputy Foreign Minister Vu Hong Nam presented the Friendship Order to Ambassador Hul Phany in honour of his active contributions to fostering the fine neighbourliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation and long-term sustainability between Vietnam and Cambodia. 

Also on July 27, Phany was also welcomed by Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army and Deputy Defence Minister Phan Van Giang. 

Deputy PM Minh also hosted a reception for German Ambassador Christian Berger, who is concluding his term of office in Vietnam.
