Vietravel to sponsor Hue festival for fourth time
(VOV) - On December 28, Marketing Director Tran Thi Viet Huong announced that Vietravel will donate US$45,000 to defray costs of the Hue Festival, the fourth consecutive festival in a row it has co-sponsored the event.
“Each year it is our goal to give back to the community by donating to non-profit organizations that provide services for children, seniors, youth, community and the arts,” said Huong “and the biennial Hue Festival is an event we always give priority to.
The 2016 Hue Festival, April 29-May 4, is expected to be larger than ever, attracting millions of visitors for a wide variety of dance, acrobatics, music performances, art and calligraphy exhibitions, traditional games and special tours of the city’s historical sites.
