Vietnam’s arts introduced to Indian audiences
A exhibition of six Vietnamese artists’ paintings is taking place in New Delhi, India on January 31.
Speaking at the opening ceremony on January 31 , ICCR’s senior director Padam Talwar asserted the long-traditional relations of the two countries and highlighted how the exhibition will help Indian audiences have more understanding about the Southeast Asian country in general and Vietnam’s arts in particular.

Participating artists included Pham Huy Hung, Nguyen Duc Hung, Nguyen Khac Chinh, Nguyen Xuan Lan, Tao Thi Thu Huong.
The event, the first of its kind will run until February 3.
Earlier, the Vietnamese artists had an exchange with local artists at the Vietnamese Embassy, and a painting display at Kolkata book Fair.
