Vietnamese representative wins best catwalk sub-title at Supermodel Int'l

VOV.VN - Bui Quynh Hoa, the Vietnamese representative taking part in Supermodel International 2022, finished first in the catwalk sub-contest at the event on September 13, which is taking place in Thailand.

This comes after she was named among the Top 3 of the photoshoot sub-contest.

Hoa said that she felt confident and would therefore try her best to achieve a good result in the contest’s grand final which is scheduled to take place on September 15 in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The Hanoi native stands at 1.75 metres tall and measures 80-62-89.

The 24-year-old model has participated in many beauty pageants and won several awards domestically. Most notably, she was crowned the winner of Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, bagged a gold medal at the Vietnam Supermodel 2018 contest, and finished among the Top 10 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022.

The Supermodel International pageant originally started in 2011 with the aim of showcasing the beauty and various talents of some of the most spectacular ladies of the world to a global audience.

Originally named “Supermodel of Asia Pacific”, the competition has since been re-branded as “Supermodel International” due to its increasing popularity.

Vietnam has sent many representatives to compete in the contest, with Duong Ngoc Kha Trang winning the highest prize back in 2018.
