VOV.VN - Khmer-born Thach Kiem Mara has been chosen as the Vietnamese contestant for the upcoming Mister Global 2022 which is scheduled to take place in Thailand in January 2023.
Born in 1997, Mara stands at 1.84 metres tall, weighs 79kg, and measures 100-80-98.
He previously competed at Mister Vietnam 2019 and currently works as a freelance model in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mister Global 2022 will be the seventh edition of the competition that is expected to attract candidates from 30 countries and territories worldwide. It is one of the five largest global male beauty pageants.
Last year saw ethnic Khmer Danh Chieu Linh win Mister Global 2021.
Professional Vietnamese Taekwondo athlete Nguyen Van Son won Mister Global 2015, while Nguyen Huu Vi and Thuan Nguyen also grabbed third and fourth places in 2014 and 2017, respectively.
