Vietnamese girls win Asia Pacific Arts Festival's prizes

VOV.VN - Three Vietnamese girls won two gold and one silver prizes at the 6th Asia Pacific Arts Festival 2018 in Singapore.

Dang Khanh Linh bagged the gold prize thanks to her impressive opera performance of Panis angelicus with a Soprano voice while Pham Yen Nhi possessed a mezzo soprano voice with the well-known aria Amor preparami by Alessandro Scarlatti.

The two winners are students of the Vietnam National Music Academy.

In the under 14 age group category, Dao Diem Quynh also successfully got a gold prize with her amazing performance of Neapolitan song O sole mio (My sunshine).

Asia Pacific Arts Festival is one of the most attractive competitions in Singapore for diversified ages from 6 to 80 years old.

Participants are free to choose any genre of music and dance to perform. The participants come from many Asian countries such as Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
