Vietnamese culture week launched in Belgium
(VOV) -A Vietnam Culture Week is taking place in Belgium’s Silly Cultural Center from October 10 -19 to highight Vietnam's rich culture.
A screening of a documentary film by Jean Marc Turine about Agent Orange/Dioxin in Vietnam and a discussion about the film were held on October 12. Other activities including a photo exhibition and introductions of Vietnam’s land, people and cuisine had been held earlier.
Currently taking place at the Silly Culture Centre, about 50km away from Brussels, there will be classes on how to cook Vietnamese food instructed by Vietnamese expatriates.
Vietnam’s scenery attractions such as Ha Long Bay, Hue imperial capital, Phu Quoc island and the Mekong Delta will be introduced during the time the event transpires.
