Vietnamese cuisine introduced in Japan

(VOV) BETOAJI, a non-profit organization established by Vietnamese students in Japan, has run cookery classes for those fond of cooking Vietnamese traditional dishes.
Participants will cook by themselves under the guidance of teachers and then enjoy eating the dishes together.
The aim of BETOAJI is to introduce Vietnamese traditional culture to Japanese and international friends through the introduction of the origin of food, how to cook dishes in different regions, as well as distinctive materials for each dish.
After three years of operation, BETOAJI has attracted a number of new members and set up numerous branches across the country including Betoaji Tokyo, Betoaji Tsukuba, Betoaji Shizuoka, Betoaji Nagaoka, Betoaji Sendai, Betoaji Niigata, Betoaji Nagoya, and Betoaji Kawasaki.
