Vietnamese beauty judges Miss Eco International 2024
VOV.VN - Nguyen Thanh Ha, the winner of Miss Eco International 2023, is currently working as a member of the judging panel of the beauty pageant’s 2024 edition which is being held in Egypt from April 16-29.
She took part in a series of activities in Hurghada, Luxor, and Cairo in Egypt alongside contestants from over 60 countries worldwide.
The 20-year-old girl hails from Ben Tre province and was present to judge the evening gown, talent, and swimsuit parts.
Ha, who stands at 1.70 metres tall with measurements of 85-56-90cm, first rose to prominence after winning the Miss Eco Vietnam 2022 title.
The beauty queen won the Best Eco Dress, a design inspired by traditional Vietnamese water puppetry, and was crowned Miss Eco International 2023 on the final night of the contest to mark the highest result ever achieved by a Vietnamese representative in this contest.
This year the nation sent Hoang Kim Chi to the Miss Eco International 2024 pageant. Previously, the beauty was awarded the Miss Fire title, equal to the third runner-up title at Miss Earth Vietnam 2023.
Miss Eco International was originally formed in 2015 with the motto “Beauty for Eco”. The grand final of Miss Eco International 2024 is scheduled to take place in Cairo on April 29.
The main motivation behind starting the pageant was to spread environmental awareness among the masses through the theme of economics and the environment.
Furthermore, the pageant also abides by the motto of finding an emissary specifically to champion environmental causes.
