Vietnamese beauty claims fourth runner-up title at Miss Globe 2024
VOV.VN - Vietnamese representative Do Ha Trang has been crowned as the fourth runner-up of Miss Globe 2024 which concluded in Albania on October 15.
During the grand finale, Trang was announced as the winner of the People’s Choice award, and advanced to the Top 16 finalists.
She then continued to enter the Top 5 and competed in the Q&A segment alongside representatives from Germany, Thailand, Colombia, and the Philippines.
Do Ha Trang, 25, stands at 1.68 metres tall and has measurements of 80-60-90. She was named as the first runner-up of the Miss Tourism Vietnam Global 2024 pageant during the finale on September 21 evening.
The beauty won the highest title in the Vietnam Ao Dai Beauty Pageant 2023. She was also a runner-up of the Vietnam Fashion Beauty Pageant 2018.
Miss Globe is one of the oldest international beauty pageants in the world, ranking seventh among the largest beauty pageants on the planet. The competition has been held annually since 1925. It not only focuses on the contestants’ beauty, but also emphasises women’s role in today’s society.
Taking place in Albania from September 30 to October 15, the Miss Globe 2024 pageant attracted contestants from more than 50 countries and territories around the world.
The ultimate winner of the beauty pageant was Diana Moreno from Colombia, while Prada Dilhokanansakul from Thailand, Binibining Pilipinas Globe Jasmin Bungay from the Philippines, and Andromeda Schuster from Germany were awarded the first, second, and third runner-up titles, respectively.
