Vietnamese actresses attend Busan International Film Festival

VOV.VN - Vietnamese actresses captured the public’s attention by wearing Ao Dai (traditional long dress) costumes at the ongoing Busan International Film Festival in the Republic of Korea.

This is the second time Ngo Thanh Van has presented a Vietnamese movie at the film festival. She is the producer and actress in the film ‘Co Ba Sai Gon’. Last year, the leading actor Issac in her debut production ‘Tam Cam: Untold Story’ won the ‘Rising Star’ Award at the event.

Film directors Buu Loc (far left) and Kay Nguyen (far right) also attended the festival which is taking place from October 12-20 in the Republic of Korea.

    The film ‘The Tailor', which competes in the category of ‘A Window on Asian Cinema’ will be screened on October 14 in Busan.

     Actresses and actors starring in the film include Ngo Thanh Van, Lan Ngoc, Diem My, Hai Trieu, OanhKieu, People’s Artist Hong Van, Trac Thuy Mieu and Kim Thu. The film will be screened in Vietnam on November 10.
