Vietnam to host Mr World 2024
VOV.VN - Vietnam has been officially confirmed as the host country of Mr World 2024, with the event scheduled to take place in September.
The announcement was published on the beauty pageant’s official page.
Most notably, a number of beautiful destinations across the country were introduced in a two-minute video clip published on the beauty pageant’s website on March 18.
This offers a golden opportunity to stimulate Vietnamese tourism, as well as popularising national cultural identity to international friends.
In line with this, Sen Vang Entertainment Company, which has the rights to organise Mr World Vietnam, will be the host of the competition. The organising board of Mr World Vietnam 2024 is currently receiving applications from contestants aged 18 to 27 from now to May 2.
The winner of the contest will be awarded VND200 million and will go on to represent the country at Mr World 2024.
The first and second runners-up will receive VND100 million and VND50 million, respectively.
Mr World Vietnam will also offer a number of sub-prizes, including MR. Sport, MR. Fashion Model Award, MR. Talent, Beauty With A Purpose, MR. Ao Dai, MR. Veston, MR. Fitness, and MR. Media Award.
