Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards 2017 opens for entries

VOV.VN - The Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards, one of the country’s largest photography competitions, opened for entries today (July 10), reported the Vietnam News Agency.

The competition annually recognizes the country’s best photography. Open to all photographers, the awards are an authoritative voice in the photographic industry that has the power to shape the careers of its winning and shortlisted photographers.
 

Each year the competition attracts both emerging talent and established artists, and presents the country’s best photography from the last 12 months to a national and international audience.

Ms Le Thanh Hai, editor-in-chief of Vietnam Heritage Magazine, one of the sponsors, said entries should be themed around the topics of nature, tangible and intangible cultures, and market life and submitted in the form of single and collections of photos.

Each competitor can enter a maximum of four sets of photos and four single photos for each topic and are encouraged to write clear captions for each separate photo. The deadline for submission is September 15, 2017.

Interested photographers should visit the websites of the sponsors, Vietnam Heritage Magazine or Canon Marketing Vietnam, for more complete information.
