Tung Duong to headline Thailand jazz festival

(VOV) - Vietnam singing sensation Tung Duong will be featured as one of the major attractions on July 10 at the 2015 Chaing Mai International Jazz Festival in Thailand, organizers have announced.

Duong will take to the stage to sing such hit songs such as Chiec khan Pieu (Pieu’s Scarf), Con tam (Silkworm) and Feeling Good, it was announced.

“Jazz has been an inspiration in my life and I am honoured to have been invited to perform at the festival and introduce the Vietnamese jazz scene to international guests," Duong said.

The city of Chaing Mai, often referred to as – Thailand’s Rose of the North – is rapidly becoming internationally famous for its premier musical events with renowned international acts.

All the shows of both local and international artists are free. The evening events are expected to the most popular so ensure you make your travel plans to get there early.
