Tradition flourishes with festivities in historic Hanoi plaza
VOV.VN - One thousand colourful spinning wheels have been hung overhead Dao Duy Tu Street of the Hanoi Old Quarter, part of a festival celebrating Vietnamese heritage that begins on November 23.
