Top 18 national costume entries revealed for Miss Universe 2019’s Hoang Thuy
VOV.VN - The judging panel have made an announcement on the Top 18 national costume entries which Hoang Thuy could potentially wear in her role as Vietnam’s representative at the upcoming Miss Universe 2019 pageant.

| Two months after the launch of the design contest, the Top 18 national costume entries for Hoang Thuy at Miss Universe 2019 have been revealed. |

| The Top 18 designs are made up of 13 entries that have been directly chosen by the judges while five of the entries were voted on by fans. |

| The judge panel, which is made up of designers Thuan Viet and Linh San, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 H’Hen Nie, and Le Hang, the first runner-up at Miss Universe Vietnam 2015, work together to choose 13 entries that will progress to the final round. |

| The designers of the Top 18 outfits will have to present them before the judging panel in the next round of the contest. |

| Among the youngest designers who made the Top 18 are 16 year-olds Truong Kieu Vi. She comes up with “Giong”, Do Thi Thu Han with “Van Lang Ngan Thu”, and Luong Duc Minh with “Son Tinh Thuy Tinh”. |
