Tieu Vy competes in Dance of the World segment at Miss World
VOV.VN - Tran Tieu Vy, winner of Miss Vietnam 2018, competed in the Dance of the World segment of the Miss World pageant being held in China. She performed a type of singing and dancing ritual called Chau Van, which pays tribute to the Mother Goddesses.

| Despite the difficulty of the dance, Tieu Vy tries her utmost to promote Vietnamese culture around the world. |

| In order to practice the dance Tieu Vy must perform with 2 torches in her hands, whilst maintain flexibility in her movements. |

| Due to safety requirements by the competition’s organizing board, Vy won’t be able to dance with fire in the show. |

| In order to compete in the Miss World 2018 pageant, Vy must travel with up to 8 suitcases weighing approximately 150 kg. |

| Vy has recently been listed in the Top 9 of Miss World as announced by Missosology. |

| She shares the room with the representative from the Philippines (R). Katarina Rodriguez who was the first runner-up of Miss Intercontinental 2017 and finished in the Top 3 of Asia’s Next Top Model 2013. |
