Thuy Van wins 3rd runner-up at Miss International 2015
(VOV) - Vietnam’s representative Pham Hong Thuy Van won the third runner-up title at the 55th edition of Miss International beauty contest, which took place at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, Tokyo, Japan on November 5th.
