Thuy Van listed in World’s Best Quotable Quotes 2015
(VOV) - Famous magazine Missosology has selected Miss Vietnam Thuy Van, Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Indonesia Maria Harfanti in the Best of 2015, Quotable Quotes category.
Miss Vietnam Pham Hong Thuy Van said in her final speech at Miss International 2015, “I would like to use my voice, my confidence, my influence and my actions to inspire the world.”
She won the third runner-up title at the 55th edition of Miss International beauty contest, which took place at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, Tokyo, Japan on November 5.
Miss Philippines and Miss Indonesia were also credited in Quotable Quotes.
“I want to show the world – the Universe rather – that I am confidently beautiful with a heart,” Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach said on why she should be the next Miss Universe.
“We are … made to not just exist in this world but to make a difference,” Miss Indonesia Maria Harfanti noted in Miss World 2015 pageant.
In the Best in Gown category, Missosology honoured four representatives, including Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutirriez (in Miss Universe pageant), Miss Russia Sofia Nikitchuk (in Miss World pageant), Miss Philippines Angelia Ong (in Miss Earth pageant) and Janicel Lubina (in Miss International pageant).
In the Best in Swimsuit category, three names were mentioned, namely Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss International 2015 Edymar Martinez and Bayartsetseg Altangerel-Mongolian representative in Miss Earth 2015 pageant.
