Thuy Dung to represent Vietnam at Miss International Beauty Pageant
VOV.VN - The second runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2016, Thuy Dung, will represent Vietnam to compete in the Miss International beauty pageant 2017 in Japan. It was officially announced at a press conference in Ho Chi Minh on August 29.
