Thai Son Nam defend Futsal championship title
Reigning champions Thai Son Nam successfully defended their title at the National Futsal Championship in Ho Chi Minh City on May 24.
Thai Son Nam put in a dominant performance to sweep aside Sanna Khanh Hoa 2-1 in the final match at Phu Tho Gymnasium.
Thai Son Nam striker Nguyen Bao Quan was voted player of the tournament, while Khanh Hoa enjoyed a double success, receiving the Fair-play award and best goalkeeper accolade for Dang Phuoc Anh's performances.
The four players who scored seven goals shared the best striker award. Among them, Phan Khac Chi was from Khanh Hoa while Luu Huynh Toan represented Thai Son Nam.
