TET (Lunar New Year) holiday events in Hanoi
VOV.VN - Feel the magic of the TET (Lunar New Year) holidays with a myriad of family fun outdoor and warm-hearted holiday celebrations set to transpire throughout the Hanoi metropolitan areas.

On January 27, art performances will take place at the Ly Thai To statue square, Ha Dong District Cultural Centre and My Dinh Stadium.
A diverse selection of award winning films will screen at the National Cinema Centre January 24-February 7. Entry is free to all.
A festival of lights will transpire January 12-25 om the seven streets of Trang Tien, Hang Bai, Ngo Quyen, Ba Trieu, Phan Dinh Phung, Thanh Nien, and Dien Bien Phu.
A consumer goods fair will take place January 18-24 at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts. The event is sponsored by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports.
To Van Dong, director of Hanoi Department of Culture has announced that there will be no fireworks displays on January 27 (New Year’s Eve). In lieu, he has requested pagodas ring bells to usher in the New Lunar Year.
