Supermodel vies for ‘Look of the Year' in Italy
Super model Phuong Mai will represent Vietnam for the first time at the world modelling contest Look of the Year in Sicily, Italy from September 25 to October 1.
Considered as one of the most promising models in Vietnam, the 21-year-old has competed in several high profile modelling contests and pageants, including Asian Super Model 2009 and Miss Vietnam World 2010, where she was among the top 10 and top 15 contestants, respectively.
Mai will begin taking part in a range of contest activities as soon as she arrives in Sicily on Sept. 25.
The Look of the Year finale will take place in an ancient Greek theatre located in the high-end coastal resort of Taormina on October 1.
Founded in 1983, Look of the Year is the third largest modelling contest in the world.
Mai was recommended by Elite Vietnam.
