Supermodel Julia Lescova attends charity in HCM City
Winner of the Best Model of the World 2006 and international supermodel Julia Lescova arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on June 7.
She was invited by famous designer Cory Aquino to join the Nguoi dep va long nhan ai (Beauty and Kindness) event, which is scheduled to take place at the Riverside Palace Wedding and Convention on June 8.
She will be accompanied by Jarred Smith and Nia Nhi Tran, the winners of Star Model, a small scale competition in the US.
Julia started to work as a model at the age of 15 and is now developing her career in New York.
She said that she has known Vietnam through some books and newspapers and wants to learn more about its culture.
After the event in Ho Chi Minh City, Julia will visit Halong Bay and Phu Quoc Island.
