Standing ovation as Hung Dong opens at Hanoi Opera House

The premiere is part of an effort by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism to improve the quality of performances at the Hanoi Opera House in 2017. |

Breaking Dawn is set during the revolutionary period 1923 to 1940 and tells of the life of the legendary soldier Phan Dang Luu. |

The most poignant scenes take place during the time when Phan Dang Luu is imprisoned by French colonists at Buon Ma Thuot. |
