Special art programme marks 50 years of President HCM's Testament

VOV.VN - A special art programme with the theme of “Boundless love” organised by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) in collaboration the central province of Nghe An and Ho Chi Minh City was held on the night of August 21.

The programme combines politics with art to mark 50 years since the country’s realisation of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament.
The programme is broadcast live from Voice of Vietnam’s Theatre in Hanoi, the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site located in Nghe An province’s Nam Dan district, and Nha Rong Wharf, a special relic site situated in Ho Chi Minh City.
Politburo member and permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong is in attendance for the art performance in Hanoi.
Nguyen Van Binh, Politburo member and head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission, greets delegates at the event.
Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue is also present at VOV’s Theatre in Hanoi.
Son Minh Thang, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee for Central Agencies Block, receives a warm welcome  at VOV headquarters in Hanoi.
VOV President, Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen The Ky hosts Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh at VOV headquarters.

The performances also aim to encourage Vietnamese people to move forward with national development.
 
Singer Vu Thang Loi gives a rendition featuring 50 years of President Ho Chi Minh's  testament which was originally written by VOV President and poet Nguyen The Ky.
