Son Tung M-TP to join MTV EMA 2015
(VOV) -Young, talented Vietnamese singer Son Tung M-TP will represent Vietnam to vie for the "Best Worldwide Act" at the MTV European Music Awards 2015 (MTV EMA), scheduled to take place at Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy on October 25.
In the Southeast Asia category,Tung will compete with representatives from Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
He has surpassed other strong candidates, including Hoang Thuy Linh, Giang Hong Ngoc, Bui Anh Tuan, and Dong Nhi to represent Vietnam at the regional contest.

A special concert to vote for Son Tung M-TP will take place at Youth Cultural House in Ho Chi Minh City, on October 11. Fans can vote for him through the Facebook MTV Vietnam, mobile app, official website, and mobile website.
In 2013, famed pop star My Tam became the first Vietnamese singer to compete in the MTV EMA’s Best Worldwide Act category in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
MTV EMA is an event of MTV held alternately in European countries every year. Derived from a prize awarded to outstanding artists in Europe, MTV EMA has been considered a major music prize in the world, which is presented to the artists who have dedicated themselves to the world of music production.
