In the list recently published by TC Candler, Son Tung M-TP appears alongside several well-known names including actor and model Burak Ozcivit, singer Hyun Jin, singer Ollie, model Franco Treachi and singer Achille Lauro.

Earlier this year, two other Vietnamese singers, Jack and Gemini Hung Huynh, were also included in the nomination list.

This marks the fifth time Son Tung M-TP has appeared in TC Candler’s nominations. He was previously included in 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2023.

Son Tung M-TP, whose real name is Nguyen Thanh Tung, was born in 1994. He rose to prominence with songs such as “Cơn mưa ngang qua” (The Rain Passes By), “Em của ngày hôm qua” (The Girl from Yesterday) and “Chắc ai đó sẽ về” (Someone Will Return), which drew large audiences on music streaming platforms.

In recent years, the singer has developed his career through his own company, M-TP Entertainment, while investing heavily in music and production.

Beyond music, Son Tung M-TP has also appeared in international rankings. In 2019, TCCAsia placed him 46th in the Top 100 Most Handsome Faces in Asia.

TC Candler is a US-based film, art and beauty review site. Its annual ranking selects 100 faces from among hundreds of thousands of celebrities from many countries, based on criteria including appearance, popularity and public voting.
